The A-Series Monitor A7V is the successor to ADAM Audio's award-winning bestseller A7X. The A7V 2-way speaker is equipped with a newly developed 7-inch woofer - made from a multi-layer mineral fibre material (MLM) - and ADAM Audio's handcrafted X-ART tweeter. The A7V achieves a frequency range of 41 Hz to 42 kHz, a rotatable HPS waveguide and the integrated DSP technology allow optimal customisation to individual room conditions and personal sound preferences. For many artists, mixers and producers, the A7V will be the preferred speaker within the new A-Series.

Kali Audio presents the IN-5 3-way 5″ nearfield monitor as a precise monitoring system for smaller rooms. The further development of the successful LP series has a sophisticated bass reflex system with a level-resistant woofer. Instead of the usual tweeter with 3D imaging waveguides, however, a coaxial midrange/tweeter combination has been installed here. The profile-optimised 4″ midrange driver also functions as a waveguide. By limiting the peak excursion to 1 mm, intermodulation distortion, which otherwise occurs in coaxial systems, could be avoided. The midrange driver also relieves the woofer and tweeter, so the IN-5 plays more harmoniously and with less distortion than conventional 2-way studio monitors.The crossover frequency of the woofer is 280 Hz, turning the IN-5 into an acoustic point source. Phase cancellations on the vertical axis will be sought in vain here. Instead, the IN-5 has an even dispersion behaviour over the entire frequency response with excellent depth graduation and localisation. The stereo image also benefits from the coaxial arrangement and enables a detailed mix. Thanks to the "Boundary EQ" familiar from the LP series, the IN-5 can be adapted to different studio environments just as easily as its sister models.

The new LP-6 studio monitor is part of Kali's 2nd Wave loudspeaker series. The new models in the "2nd Wave" series are based on 3 years of research and development and have been improved in all areas. A new amplifier module provides 12 dB less self-noise, while the input sensitivity has been increased by 3 dB. The tuning has been refined for smoother HF behaviour and the boundary EQs have been updated for common real-world applications. New here is the preset for positioning the speakers on desktop stands. Other improvements include lighter transducer cones for better transient response and an improved cabinet design for greater reliability. Proven and unique features such as waveguide technology, bass speakers with oversized magnets and the sophisticated bass reflex system have of course been retained, making the LP-6 2nd Wave studio monitor a reliable tool regardless of genre and budget.

It is worth mentioning that the DSP, which uses a high-quality A/D converter from BurrBrown, only filters the woofer of the subwoofer. The signal path for the satellite speakers remains purely analogue and undergoes no A/D, D/A conversion. With the "Pure Satellite" function, when activated, the subwoofer and the DSP filter section are bypassed completely. In this case, the satellite signals are routed unfiltered to the outputs and only the volume of the satellites can be varied.The volume of the subwoofer and the entire stereo system can be controlled using the remote control supplied as standard with the subwoofer - all from the comfort of your listening position.The special feature of our extremely powerful and high-precision subwoofers is the passive cone used, which replaces the usual bass reflex channel. This design completely eliminates disturbing flow noise caused by air turbulence. Audible tube resonances (with lambda/2 + multiples) are due to the principle of an open tube on both sides (bass reflex channel) and can be eliminated with the passive membrane design in all EVE Audio subwoofers. Furthermore, the suspension of the passive cone has a restoring force below the tuning frequency, which reduces inaudible subsonic excursions. This means less excursion in the operating range and thus reduced intermodulation distortion.A passive diaphragm enables a particularly low tuning or lower cut-off frequency in a compact housing.

The D3V is a fully active desktop monitor system designed for composers, producers and music lovers who want to enjoy ADAM Audio's sound quality as comfortably as possible. Available in white or black, the active monitors feature the legendary gold-coloured ribbon tweeter and remain true to ADAM Audio's established German industrial design.Each pair of active speakers features 3.5-inch aluminium bass-midrange drivers and a ferrite magnet system powered by 80-watt amplifiers. The bass-midrange drivers are complemented by double-sided 3.5-inch passive radiators, giving the D3V an extended frequency response down to 45 Hz.With 25 years of experience in the design and manufacture of ribbon tweeters, ADAM Audio has designed the compact 1.5-inch D-ART (Desktop Accelerated Ribbon Tweeter). This direct digital connection enables high-quality audio playback without the data compression or additional conversion typically associated with desktop monitors.DSP room acousticsThere are three switches on the rear panel of the left speaker to counteract the typical acoustic problems resulting from speaker placement. "POSITION" refers to the fixed position of the speaker in the room. "DESK" refers to the size of the desk in front of the speaker, while "ROOM" refers to the degree of acoustic damping in the room in which the system is used.Balanced analogue inputsIn addition to the USB-C input, the D3V has analogue inputs for conventional audio applications. It enables balanced connections to audio interfaces as well as direct connections to a wide range of hardware, including synthesisers, drum machines, samplers and DJ mixing consoles. The USB-C connection or the balanced analogue inputs can be selected by pressing the volume control on the left speaker.Headphone output, monitor stand and mounting optionsFunctionality and convenience played a major role in the design of the D3V. The headphone output on the front automatically takes over audio playback when connected. Monitor stands angled at 15° are also included. In addition, there is a standardised 3/8" thread on the underside of both monitors for mounting on microphone stands.Injection moulded housingThe housing of the D3V is made of high-quality ABS injection-moulded polycarbonate with thick walls and ample bracing to prevent vibrations and unwanted resonances. The rounded shape reduces unwanted sound diffraction at high frequencies while honouring ADAM Audio's long-established industrial design.
