Shipping and payment options

To quickly and easily view the shipping costs and estimated shipping time to your desired destination country, simply select it from the list below. If your destination country is not included, we will be happy to help you by e-mail.

Delivery by forwarding company:
Orders with a total weight of over 30 kg that cannot be split into several parcels will be sent as a pallet shipment via a forwarding agent. We will contact you again at the e-mail address you provided to obtain a telephone number if you did not provide one when you placed your order, as the carrier must contact you on the day of delivery to arrange an appointment. Delivery is “free kerbside”.

For particularly heavy or bulky products, increased shipping costs will be incurred abroad. We ask for your understanding that we are unable to offer a freight-free limit in these circumstances. After receiving your order, we will contact you again at the e-mail address you provided to inform you of the shipping costs.

Delivery times:
Items that are marked “Sofort lieferbar” on the item details page can be dispatched on the same day as the order, provided we have received the order by 3 p.m. at the latest and have received your payment. If your order consists of several items, we will ship them immediately as soon as your order is complete - should one of the ordered items not be in stock at the time of your order. We will provide you with the exact delivery times in a separate e-mail in connection with your order confirmation. On request, we can of course also send you a partial delivery.

Of course we can also offer you shipping via “DHL Express” - please contact us via order@rockshop.de before placing your order so that we can calculate the exact costs for you.

With PayPal, you have the option of paying with the four most popular payment methods under one provider: “PayPal”, “direct debit”, “credit card” and “purchase on account” - and you are always covered by PayPal buyer protection. Your order can be processed immediately. Secure, simple, fast and of course free of charge for you.

Please note that due to the PayPal terms and conditions, we are obliged to ship to the address specified in the order, as the transaction is no longer covered by PayPal buyer or seller protection in the event of deviations. This means that collection is not possible.

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online stores - free of charge.

Safe: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not resent over the Internet with every online purchase.

Easy: You pay with two clicks. This is because you use the bank or credit card details you have stored with PayPal instead of entering them every time you make a purchase.

Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly. The seller can then send the goods immediately (for goods in stock) and you will usually receive them sooner.

Klarna offers flexible payment options such as purchase on account, installment purchase and instant payment to simplify and improve your shopping experience.

Installment purchase:
Klarna installment purchase allows you to pay for your online purchases in fixed monthly installments over a predetermined period of time, often with the option to complete the purchase early at no additional cost.

Invoice:
With Klarna invoice purchase, you have the option of receiving your goods first and making the payment within a specified period after receiving the invoice.

Sofort:
Klarna Sofort-Kauf allows you to pay for your purchases online immediately, with payment being processed directly at the time of ordering via Klarna.

If you opt for Amazon Pay, you can pay easily and conveniently using the payment and shipping information you have stored with Amazon. Simply click on the Amazon Pay button, enter your Amazon login details, select the desired delivery address and you can complete your order. We will only collect the purchase amount shortly before the goods are dispatched.

After receiving your order, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details and transfer the purchase amount to us, stating your order number. We will ship your order immediately after receipt of payment (depending on the availability of the ordered item, of course). If you need our bank details again, we have listed them here for you:

You have the option of paying via VISA and Mastercard. When placing your order, you enter your credit card details in encrypted form via the security server of our payment service provider BS PAYONE, and your order can be processed immediately after completion. Your payment is secured using the 3D Secure procedure to prevent fraudulent use of your card. (Verified by VISA & MasterCard SecureCode).

If you wish to pay cash on delivery, payment is made directly to the parcel delivery company upon delivery. An additional cash on delivery fee of EUR 4.99 will be charged within Germany. The cash on delivery fee for shipping to other EU countries is EUR 12.

Have you received a Rock Shop voucher as a gift? We will be happy to redeem it for you online. Please complete your order with your desired payment method and then send us the “GTS number” stated on the voucher by e-mail to order@rockshop.de. We will offset your voucher manually against your order and refund the voucher value as quickly as possible via the payment method used for the purchase.
