Here is a brief explanation of how to redeem a Rock Shop voucher. The easiest way:Come by our shop, have a look, browse, try out, enjoy and redeem the voucher during the checkout process! For remote redemption via an online order in our web shop:Please write the following in the order comment: "Voucher redemption, GTS number XXXXXX, amount XY Euro" (the GTS number is handwritten on the voucher). We will then offset the order against the voucher amount. We will refund the voucher amount to you by the same method as the payment reached us. For remote redemption by e-mail or fax order:Proceed in the same way as for online orders and send us the necessary voucher details. Cash payment (even in instalments) of a voucher is not possible!
