For remote redemption via an online order in our web shop:Please write the following in the order comment: "Voucher redemption, GTS number XXXXXX, amount XY Euro" (the GTS number is handwritten on the voucher). We will then offset the order against the voucher amount. We will refund the voucher amount to you by the same method as the payment reached us.
