Das D3V ist ein vollaktives Desktop-Monitorsystem, das für Komponierende, Produzierende und Musikliebhaber*innen entwickelt wurde, die die Klangqualität von ADAM Audio so bequem wie möglich genießen möchten. Die in weißer oder schwarzer Ausführung erhältlichen Aktivmonitore verfügen über den legendären goldfarbenen Bändchenhochtöner und bleiben dem etablierten deutschen Industriedesign von ADAM Audio treu.Jedes aktive Lautsprecherpaar verfügt über 3,5-Zoll-Aluminium-Tiefmitteltöner und ein Ferrit-Magnetsystem, das von 80-Watt-Verstärkern angetrieben wird. Die Tiefmitteltöner werden durch doppelseitige 3,5-Zoll-Passivstrahler ergänzt, die dem D3V einen erweiterten Frequenzgang auf bis zu 45 Hz ermöglichen.Mit 25 Jahren Erfahrung bei der Konstruktion und Fertigung von Bändchenhochtönern hat ADAM Audio den kompakten 1,5-Zoll-D-ART (Desktop Accelerated Ribbon Tweeter) konzipiert. Er ermöglicht eine präzise, unaufgeregte Hochtonwiedergabe, für die die etablierten Monitore des Herstellers bekannt sind.Das D3V verfügt über einen USB-C-Eingang. Entsprechend verhält sich das Monitorsystem beim Anschluss an einen Computer wie ein digitales Ausgabegerät und benötigt für die Wiedergabe kein zusätzliches Audio-Interface. Diese Plug-and-Play-Funktionalität erstreckt sich auch auf mobile Geräte, sodass eine qualitativ hochwertige Klangwiedergabe ohne Datenkompression oder Wandlung, die typischerweise mit solchen Verbindungen einhergeht, genossen werden kann. Das D3V verfügt zudem über symmetrische 6,35-mm-TRS-Eingänge für konventionelle analoge Audioanwendungen.Die Rückseite des linken Lautsprechers verfügt über eine Reihe benutzerfreundlicher Schalter, um die typischen akustischen Probleme zu lösen, die sich aus der Lautsprecherplatzierung ergeben. The D3V is a fully active desktop monitor system designed for composers, producers and music lovers who want to enjoy ADAM Audio's sound quality as comfortably as possible. Available in white or black, the active monitors feature the legendary gold-coloured ribbon tweeter and remain true to ADAM Audio's established German industrial design.Each pair of active speakers features 3.5-inch aluminium bass-midrange drivers and a ferrite magnet system powered by 80-watt amplifiers. Each one-piece concave cone is made of ribbed, thick aluminium with a long linear excursion that delivers uncoloured sound even at surprisingly high output levels.The D3V is a fully active design with four amplifier channels and DSP-controlled crossover. The bass-midrange drivers are powered by 80-watt amplifiers, with the link connection cable transmitting an amplified signal to the right speaker.D-ART tweeterA quarter of a century of research and development into ribbon tweeters has led to the development of ADAM Audio's powerful 1.5" Desktop Accelerated Ribbon Tweeter. Each diaphragm is hand-folded and bonded to 40W amplifiers that drive each unit. Like all other ADAM Audio tweeters, the D-ART features a fine-tuned crossover managed by a high-precision signal processor.Passive radiatorThe D3V utilises double-sided passive radiators in each speaker, a total of four per system. Each passive radiator consists of a stainless steel plate as the moving mass and a specially stabilised long excursion rubber surround as the suspension. Together they amplify the lowest frequencies of the loudspeaker through their interaction with the main bass-midrange drivers and thus contribute to an increase in the sound pressure level of the overall system.USB-C direct inputThe D3V is ADAM Audio's most convenient monitor system to date, as it features a plug-and-play USB-C input. The speakers behave like a digital output device when connected to a computer, mobile phone or tablet, eliminating the need for an additional audio interface. This direct digital connection enables high-quality audio playback without the data compression or additional conversion typically associated with desktop monitors.DSP room acousticsThere are three switches on the rear panel of the left speaker to counteract the typical acoustic problems resulting from speaker placement. "POSITION" refers to the fixed position of the speaker in the room. "DESK" refers to the size of the desk in front of the speaker, while "ROOM" refers to the degree of acoustic damping in the room in which the system is used.Balanced analogue inputsIn addition to the USB-C input, the D3V has analogue inputs for conventional audio applications. It enables balanced connections to audio interfaces as well as direct connections to a wide range of hardware, including synthesisers, drum machines, samplers and DJ mixing consoles. The USB-C connection or the balanced analogue inputs can be selected by pressing the volume control on the left speaker.Headphone output, monitor stand and mounting optionsFunctionality and convenience played a major role in the design of the D3V. The headphone output on the front automatically takes over audio playback when connected. Monitor stands angled at 15° are also included. In addition, there is a standardised 3/8" thread on the underside of both monitors for mounting on microphone stands.Injection moulded housingThe housing of the D3V is made of high-quality ABS injection-moulded polycarbonate with thick walls and ample bracing to prevent vibrations and unwanted resonances. The rounded shape reduces unwanted sound diffraction at high frequencies while honouring ADAM Audio's long-established industrial design.

The new IN-8 2nd Wave has an updated amplifier module and enables 12 dB less self-noise with a 3dB higher output. The tuning has been refined for even smoother high-frequency behaviour and the boundary EQs have been updated to enable practical settings. A new feature here is the preset for horizontal speaker positioning. Further updates include lighter transducer cones for faster transient response and an improved cabinet design for less natural resonance.As a further development of the successful LP-8, the IN-8 2nd Wave features its sophisticated bass reflex system and the same level-resistant woofer. However, instead of the usual tweeter with 3D imaging waveguides, a coaxial midrange/tweeter combination has been installed here. The profile-optimised 4″ midrange driver also functions as a waveguide. By limiting the peak excursion to 1 mm, intermodulation distortion, which otherwise occurs in coaxial systems, could be avoided. The midrange driver also relieves the woofer and tweeter, so the IN-8 2nd Wave plays more harmoniously and with less distortion than conventional 2-way studio monitors.The crossover frequency of the woofer is 280 Hz, making the IN-8 2nd Wave an acoustic point source. Phase cancellations on the vertical axis will be sought in vain here. Instead, the IN-8 2nd Wave has an even dispersion behaviour over the entire frequency response with excellent depth graduation and localisation. The stereo image also benefits from the coaxial arrangement and enables a detailed mix. Thanks to the "Boundary EQ" familiar from the LP series, the IN-8 2nd Wave can be adapted to different studio environments just as easily as its sister models.

The Genelec 8040 is a studio monitor for music production, post-production and broadcast. It enables fatigue-free monitoring and objective mixing with clearly defined bass reproduction. The stable and low-resonance housing of this RAW version is made of untreated aluminium and is particularly environmentally friendly to manufacture as it is not painted. The drivers are protected by grilles. Rounded cabinet edges and the sound guide ensure optimum spatial imaging and a wide listening zone. The bass reflex design ensures precise and deep bass reproduction down to 41 Hz.The Genelec 8040 offers high level reserves. With the two low-distortion 90-watt power amplifiers, it achieves a sound pressure level of 105 dB. It is therefore also suitable for medium-sized rooms up to approx. 30 m². Switchable filters are available to adapt the speaker to the installation location, while threaded holes and suitable accessories facilitate wall or ceiling mounting. The Genelec 8040 has an automatic switch-on and switch-off function that can be deactivated if required.Suitable subwoofers are the Genelec 7360 or 7370.

The Genelec 8020D is a professional compact nearfield monitor. It delivers an analytical sound image without colouration for fatigue-free monitoring and objective mixing. With its small dimensions, it is suitable for small studios, post-production, broadcast and mobile applications. Protective grilles in front of the drivers simplify transport.The stable and low-resonance housing of this RAW version is made of untreated aluminium and is particularly environmentally friendly to manufacture as it is not painted. Rounded cabinet edges and the optimised sound guide ensure balanced dispersion, very good spatial imaging and a wide listening zone. The stereo image is precise and stable. Despite the small size, there is a long bass reflex channel. It enables precise and deep bass reproduction. The frequency range can be extended down to 30 Hz with the matching 7040 subwoofer.Switchable filters allow the speaker to be customised to the installation location and room acoustics. The IsoPod stand decouples the monitor from the floor and allows it to be aligned to the listening position. Threaded holes and suitable accessories facilitate wall or ceiling mounting.

The new LP-6 studio monitor is part of Kali's 2nd Wave loudspeaker series. The new models in the "2nd Wave" series are based on 3 years of research and development and have been improved in all areas. A new amplifier module provides 12 dB less self-noise, while the input sensitivity has been increased by 3 dB. The tuning has been refined for smoother HF behaviour and the boundary EQs have been updated for common real-world applications. New here is the preset for positioning the speakers on desktop stands. Other improvements include lighter transducer cones for better transient response and an improved cabinet design for greater reliability. The T10S is a powerful yet compact 10-inch active subwoofer designed to extend the bass response of nearfield monitors. At the same time, the subwoofer's performance, features and connectivity are specifically matched to ADAM Audio's T5V and T7V studio monitors.Equipped with a down-firing 10˝ woofer and a superior 130 watt Class D amplifier, the T10Soffers a frequency response of 28 Hz to 120 Hz and an impressive maximum sound level of 104 dB SPL. An adjustable low-pass filter can be used to adapt the bass signal to the monitors in order to get the best out of the overall system. Further adjustment options on the rear of the subwoofer allow it to be adapted to the room acoustics or the satellite speakers.Visually, the T10S follows the clear lines of the T series and its dimensions make it one of the most compact subwoofers in its class. This makes it easy to integrate into any studio environment. The acoustic performance has been optimised by means of four decoupling rubber feet and a generously dimensioned bass reflex port.

The A-Series Monitor A7V is the successor to ADAM Audio's award-winning bestseller A7X. The A7V 2-way speaker is equipped with a newly developed 7-inch woofer - made from a multi-layer mineral fibre material (MLM) - and ADAM Audio's handcrafted X-ART tweeter. The A7V achieves a frequency range of 41 Hz to 42 kHz, a rotatable HPS waveguide and the integrated DSP technology allow optimal customisation to individual room conditions and personal sound preferences. For many artists, mixers and producers, the A7V will be the preferred speaker within the new A-Series.
