6 Voices from Heaven:With Artemis, the Greek boutique manufacturer presents another highlight in the company's 10-year history. The analogue six-voice sound generation of Artemis has two VCOs per voice with infinitely variable waveshaping, sync function, FM and PW. A sub-oscillator or noise can be added to the VCOs. The creamy low-pass filter can be switched between 12 dB and 24 dB and modulated directly via key tracking, envelope and oscillator or noise. The first-class algorithms from SINEVIBES are once again used in the effects section. The four stereo effect blocks for distortion/bit crush, modulation FX, delay and reverb can be used simultaneously to alienate or refine the sound. Thanks to a mod matrix, connecting external MIDI controllers is also no problem; controller data such as mod wheel, polyphonic aftertouch, velocity etc. can be conveniently assigned to the parameters. The device also supports the new MPE standard.USB-B port, MIDI I/O (5 pin DIN) stereo output and a headphone socket (all 6.3 mm TRS) are available on the connection side.
The Oberheim legacy is yours: TEO-5.Thomas Elroy Oberheim. TEO. More than just his initials, they mark the culmination of a synthesiser pioneer's vision. The TEO-5 is a modern instrument with classic analogue sound generation, yet elegant and powerful for the sonic demands of today.Welcome to the Oberheim RenaissanceTEO-5 captures the secrets of the OB-X, Four Voice and TVS, their legendary spirit brought into a compact, affordable dream factory. It's what Tom, the maestro himself, always wanted to build: a timeless sonic palette, unadulterated and accessible.Step up to the TEO-5Take your music to the next level with real analogue VCOs and VCFs. The TEO's five inspiring voices sing with the warmth and power of pure triangle, sawtooth and pulse waves. But this is not your grandfather's synthesiser. Updated oscillators work with analogue through-zero FM to bring out textures never heard before. It's organic and raw, ready to be processed with the legendary SEM filter, the Oberheim centrepiece that beats in countless hits from the last five decades.Modern perfection meets vintage magicImmerse yourself in the faithful OB-8 envelope emulations of the TEO-5 and the multitude of modulations with which you can shape your sounds with pinpoint accuracy. You can then use the two digital effects chorus, delay and reverb to shape your sound. And for a taste of Oberheim's true history, dial in emulations of Tom's legendary Phase Shifter and Ring Modulator to conjure up swirling textures and metallic resonances straight out of the golden age of synthesis.Creative and inspiringIt's not just a synthesiser, it's a playground. The TEO-5's 64-step polyphonic sequencer opens up endless melodic possibilities, while the multimode arpeggiator lets your rhythms pulse and throb. What makes a good amplifier sound?Tube technology, selected high-voltage components, dynamics through high-voltage technology and an uncompromising analogue signal path. The BL 800 follows exactly this path. AVTC - Analogue Virtual Tube Circuit, selected high-voltage components, 280V operating voltage and a completely analogue signal path. The BL 800 is built like a real tube amplifier, with the same components, and that's exactly how it sounds!Sound without compromise:The BL 800 delivers a clearly defined, tight sound with plenty of attack. It also has a dynamic response and reaction to the guitar's potentiometer that only good tube amplifiers can achieve. The gain reserves surpass the good old JCM800, especially when the boost is switched on. Without the boost activated, the BL 800 is an exact sound copy of the JCM 800 with a little more gain; with the boost activated, there is a decent extra boost of gain.Controls:Gain, bass, middle, treble, volume, plus a gain boost. Five controls are enough to adapt the BL800 perfectly to an amplifier. This is achieved by an active 3-band tone control that covers all sound nuances. The boost adds a further scoop of gain without changing the actual sound of the BL 800.
