The Venova is a completely new wind instrument that offers the expressive power of a single reed instrument with a simple, recorder-like fingering system. It is easy to maintain and extremely robust, and so compact and light that you can take it anywhere and make music.
To create an instrument with these characteristics, Yamaha's design team has developed an innovative "branched pipe" technology that gives players a wide range of options to bring music into their lives. The Venova can be taken anywhere. The pads are durable and can withstand a variety of conditions, and the material for the body of the instrument is equally robust. The result is a versatile instrument that is fun to play - anywhere and in a variety of styles.
