The Stageman II without battery operation:
Building on the success of the NUX Stageman II AC-80, the AC-60 Studio was designed as its little brother. It is identical in form and function to the AC-80, but without battery operation, and is therefore perfect for a more favourable budget when concerts and sessins can also be held without battery operation.
The NUX development department has pursued one uncompromising goal in the development of the Stageman series: To develop amps that reproduce the sound of a miked acoustic guitar unadulterated and yet offer maximum variability in terms of sound and application possibilities.
The AC-60 delivers a maximum of 60 watts of power and was designed for clear, rich and dynamic sound reproduction. It has a 6.5-inch loudspeaker coupled with a 1-inch tweeter. This combination results in a natural and inspiring feel that is perfect for studio and stage.
The amp offers two independent channels, the first of which is designed for acoustic guitar signals (instrument jack input) and the second is optimised for vocals (XLR/jack combo microphone input). This is the ideal configuration for solo performances. Each channel has a volume control, a 3-band EQ (bass, mids, treble), a reverb effect that can be mixed in and a control for adding effects (the individual effects can be controlled via a smartphone app).
