The alder body supports the typical crisp Fender tone and is available in many new finishes. We've also refined the tone: the Player II Modified Humbucker produces an articulate, wide tone with plenty of output, while the Player II Noiseless™ pickups produce the coveted Tele® twang, clean as a whistle with no noise or feedback. The push/pull function in the second tone control splits the humbucker and releases further Tele® single-coil nuances.
