The hearmix® PRO is an active ambient sound system. A special cable with in-built microphones enables the musician to control the ambient sound continuously from their body (no extra technicians, mixing console or additional microphones required). The audience and ambient noise can be heard without having to physically remove the headphones from the ear. Thanks to its standard 2-pin plug, it can be used with almost all common makes of headphones. With its full metal housing, the hearmix® PRO is very robust and therefore a perfect tour companion.
The LD Systems HPA 1 is a versatile headphone amplifier with high output power for stage, studio and home recording and the perfect connection solution for wired in-ear monitoring. The compact device in a robust, ergonomically shaped plastic housing with a soft-touch surface and practical belt clip is extremely well equipped. In addition to locking XLR connectors for balanced input of the stereo signal L/R, the HPA 1 has a 3.5 mm stereo socket as an aux input, which can be used in parallel for click or playback tracks. It is protected against excessive input levels for safe operation, and a hollow pin socket with negative internal contact enables the connection of a mains adapter in fixed mode.A 3.5 mm stereo socket serves as a headphone and earphone output. Level and balance can be adjusted using handy rotary controls, while a button switches from stereo signal to mono sum. A fully-fledged limiter is integrated for distortion-free playback and protection against feedback. The LD Systems HPA 1 has two-colour LEDs to provide an overview of its functions, which indicate the response of the limiter at peak levels and the battery level, among other things. At 165 grams, the headphone amplifier is extremely lightweight and can be operated for up to 12 hours with a high-quality 9V block.
As a musician and/or singer, whether you are performing live, rehearsing with a band or recording in the studio, you need to hear yourself and the other musicians. But it's just as important that you can control what you hear. Everyone hears differently from their own perspective, so everyone should have control over their own mix. Ideally you will have a sound engineer, but in most cases you or another band member will control the monitor mix from the stage. Alternatively, a sound engineer at the other end of the room has control, but it's difficult to communicate with them during a show. Instead of a fixed monitor mix from the mixing desk, you can use the PX to set up a simple three-channel monitor mix that allows you to adjust the levels that are most important to you - during the show. For example, one control could control the level of your voice, another the level of your instruments and another a submix of other voices and instruments. With the PX system, you always have control of this balance within reach and can always set it perfectly to your liking!
The XVive U45 In-Ear Monitor Wireless System utilises digital wireless technology that offers incredible audio quality, easy setup with plug-and-play use and high reliability for all aspiring musicians who frequently play live. The system offers a full 20 Hz - 20 kHz frequency range with 110 dB signal to noise ratio to ensure a clear, detailed signal at any volume level. The wireless system operates in the 5.8 GHz ISM band for crystal-clear transmission, ensuring the integrity of the signal on stage and covering a range of over 30 metres without signal dropout. The lithium-ion batteries make the U45 system environmentally friendly and last up to 5 hours on a single charge. The housing is made of metal and a durable and lightweight ABS plastic that can withstand the rigours of everyday touring and even the harshest climatic conditions. The U45 Wireless In-Ear Monitor System is designed to take the complexity and frustration out of traditional wireless in-ear monitor systems. Of course, multiple receivers can be operated with one transmitter, with a total of six selectable channels available. The U45 set of four receivers is an extremely practical bundle for bands or quartets working with the same monitor mix.
