The cloth-covered wire is legendary, we have been using it on Fender® since the early 1950s. Fender® Pure Vintage 22 AWG wire is made in the USA by the original Fender supplier. The cloth covering can be easily pushed back so that you can solder the tinned copper wire cleanly. Each pack contains equal amounts of black, white and yellow wire. The outer braided jacket is made of waxed cotton, the inner braided layer is made of Celanese - just like our historic and modern Fender amps and instruments.
