Union Audio ELARA.6

The elara.6 is a premium DJ/live mixer that delivers uncompromising audio quality for professional use in clubs and studios. With four dual input channels and an extensively tuned 4-band EQ per channel, it enables precise sound shaping and maximum musical expressiveness. Two aux sends and a double cue system per channel also offer a high level of convenience for artist changes and back-to-back sets. The precisely weighted line faders have an ultra-linear characteristic for smooth transitions. The analogue processing (AP) channel strips are located on both sides of the four main channels, opening up a wide range of creative possibilities.

Each channel strip is equipped with a switchable filter (high-pass or low-pass) including resonance and frequency controls. The drive control with active side-chain allows infinitely variable amplification from subtle warmth to deep, dark distortion - without sacrificing treble clarity and stereo width.

A special innovation of the elara.6 is the Width control, which can control the stereo image of each track from mono to reverse stereo to extremely wide expansion. In combination with filters and drive, this allows you to create breathtaking transitions and atmospheric breakdowns. For advanced effects routing, the signal from each channel strip can be routed to the Aux 1 send either before or after the AP on switch. The two mic/stereo returns offer a 4-band tone control with semi-parametric mids as well as two additional aux sends and their own dual cue system. These returns can also be fed to the channel strip and the crossfader, which opens up further creative options.

Another highlight is the quick changeover between linear and rotary faders: thanks to interchangeable fader plates, the changeover takes barely a minute and allows you to adapt the elara.6 perfectly to your personal mixing style.
