The cult songbook not only contains the usual folk and travelling songs, but is also much more modern. There is a bit of everything: from rock songs, which are particularly good on acoustic guitar, to rock numbers by Stiltskin or Soundgarden, pop songs and pop hits.
Some of the songs are quite demanding, although the detailed fingering chart at the end of the book helps a little. As neither the number of bars nor the beat pattern for the songs are given and the melody is not printed, you can't learn any new songs with it. Otherwise, however, it is a real treasure trove and absolutely suitable for any campfire!
