The Schlagwerk Cajon Shaker Brushes were developed in collaboration with the American percussionist T.J. Troy. With its 15.8 mm handle, the brush feels extremely comfortable and well-balanced in the hand – whilst the nylon bristles produce a warm, rich sound on the cajon. The highlight of the Shaker Brushes, however, lies in the shaker capsules attached to the end of the brush. When playing with the brushes, they produce a lovely shaker sound that complements the groove. Alternatively, when played in the air, the brushes offer endless possibilities for eliciting finely nuanced rhythms from the shaker using various playing techniques.
