Getting started with hybrid drumming:
Every drummer is different and has their own individual style. For this reason, it is essential to find the right sound for your own preferences that will satisfy you both live and in the studio. Unfortunately, the search for this sound is usually extremely costly and time-consuming. Introducing the TM-1 - a unique trigger module that allows you to quickly and easily add new sounds to your acoustic drum kit. From the integrated kick, snare, tom, cymbal and percussion sounds of the TM-1 to your own samples and loops - with the Trigger Module there are no limits to your drum sound. Connect the TM-1 to any compatible Roland trigger pad to play the sounds of the TM-1 without any detours. Or attach an RT series drum trigger to your acoustic drum kit and combine the acoustic sound with a perfectly synchronised, latency-free sample layer.
With the free editor for Mac/Windows and iOS/Android*, you can transfer your custom sounds to the TM-1 quickly and easily. Simply connect the TM-1 to your device, open the app, import the desired samples from your library and adjust the settings as required. On the live stage, you can also control the TM-1, which can be operated via batteries or mains cable, using the two footswitches. This way, you can even mute the hybrid sound and continue playing purely acoustically, only to return with full hybrid power in the chorus. Today, every drummer can benefit from the advantages of a hybrid setup. The TM-1 is the quickest and most cost-effective introduction to the world of hybrid drumming.
