Combined transmit/receive directional antenna (broadband), can be used passively and actively - for ACT series wireless microphone systems.
The AT-90W transmit and receive directional antenna combines passive and active technology in a single antenna system and therefore offers a high degree of flexibility in terms of usability. In passive mode, for example, it can be combined with both wireless microphone systems and in-ear monitoring systems. In receiving mode, active operation is recommended for cable lengths of 5 metres or more. The built-in amplifier (12 ±1 dB) is used to compensate for attenuation losses in coaxial cables. The external power supply of 8 V DC for the antenna amplifier is provided by a wireless receiver or an antenna splitter. The AT-90W can be mounted on a microphone stand or attached to the wall using the integrated swivelling adapter bracket. The AT 90W is weatherproof and therefore also suitable for outdoor use. For best diversity reception, the use of two AT-90W is recommended.
