Listen, read & play is the individual wind school for thirteen different instruments that can be used in individual or group lessons. The tried and tested method has been compiled according to the current rules and requirements of music education. It contains many games, puzzles, listening exercises, songs and original compositions. Practising is of course twice as much fun with the accompanying CD! In addition to the rhythmic expansion to sixteenth notes and the introduction of 6/8 time, the second volume also includes the chromatic expansion of the tonal range.

Instrument-specific exercises and playing techniques, such as warm-up exercises, embouchure exercises, overblowing, buzzing, lip tying and much more will get the young wind players fit. The first volume introduces note values up to quavers in a moderate range. There are also some accidentals and displacement signs and necessary auxiliary fingerings. Of particular interest to young players is an extra page on which the history of their own instrument is illustrated.
