The LD Stinger MON101AG2 is a particularly compact active monitor with a wide frequency response and 121dB maximum sound pressure for versatile use on stage.
The 10" coaxial loudspeaker with integrated 1" high frequency driver achieves a dispersion angle of 75°x75°, which benefits the versatile applications as a stage monitor. The coaxial arrangement produces a very homogeneous sound image across the entire dispersion range, with a very low tendency to feedback. The active monitor is driven by a Class AB power amplifier with 600W peak power. Short-circuit protection and a limiter ensure reliable operation.
The rear connection panel offers an XLR jack combo input and XLR output for looping through the signal; further features include volume control, IEC mains socket and switch as well as LED indicators for mains supply, signal and limiter.
The elegant bass reflex cabinet made of 15 mm multiplex is coated with a hard-wearing lacquer and has ergonomically milled carrying handles and a metal grille to protect the loudspeaker. The monitor angle is 35°.
