WORKSHOP DETAILS

The legendary Living Lakewood Tour rolls through 10 selected music stores throughout Germany at the beginning of June and will take place at Rock Shop on June 4th!

Martin Seeliger, founder of Lakewood, luthier with heart and a true original, takes you on an exciting journey - from the selection of the spruce to the finished, hand-built Lakewood guitar.

You will gain exclusive insights into the process of creating Lakewood instruments - just as they are built every day with great dedication and attention to detail in the Lakewood workshop in Buseck near Giessen. Construction, bracing systems, tonewoods - there is a lot to discover!

Martin illustrates the fascinating world of guitar making with words and (video) pictures and captivates you with in-depth knowledge and exciting insights.

Of course, the music is not neglected either: Lakewood presents one of its renowned musicians on each of the ten dates. All of them professionals who are on the road every day with their Lakewood guitars - with lots of stories to tell and plenty of music to experience! The Stuttgart duo Parallel will perform at the event at Rock Shop.

The best part comes at the very end of the Living Lakewood Tour 2025: Lakewood is giving away great prizes to all registered participants. But beware - only those who were actually at the event can take part!

ABOUT PARALLEL

Francesco Caruso and Koray Cinar started their musical career together in 2006 on Königstraße in Stuttgart. They have now been performing together for over a decade under the name “Parallel” and delight audiences with handmade, honest pop.

Parallel has long since made the leap onto the stage and recently caused a stir with its candidature in the German ESC preliminary round “Chefsache ESC 2025 - Wer singt für Deutschland?”.

Registration for one of the workshops is mandatory. You have the chance to win valuable prizes. Attractive prizes from all event partners will be raffled off.

The incredible grand prize is a Lakewood Customshop guitar worth up to €3,000*, which Lakewood will build to your specifications!
