The set with three Pure Vintage '73 Stratocaster® pickups elicits the typical Strat® tone of the early 70s from your guitar, which is still in great demand worldwide in rock, funk, fusion and prog. The three pickups are matched to each other and produce a bright, clear and transparent sound. To eliminate the typical but annoying single-coil mains hum, there is a reverse wound pickup in the centre. The coils are constructed in vintage style and the cables are covered with fabric in true style. Each Fender Pure Vintage pickup is wound to original historical specifications to reproduce the traditional Fender tone.
