This set of three Pure Vintage ’73 Stratocaster ® pickups brings out the classic early ’70s Strat ® tone in your guitar – a sound that remains highly sought-after worldwide in rock, funk, fusion and prog to this day. The three pickups are matched to each other and produce a bright, clear and transparent sound. To eliminate the typical but annoying single-coil mains hum, a reverse-wound pickup is fitted in the middle. The coils are constructed in vintage style, with the cables authentically fabric-wrapped. Every Fender Pure Vintage pickup is wound to original historical specifications so that it can reproduce the traditional Fender tone.
