The F45 truss from Global Truss is based on the F44P 400mm x 400mm and is particularly suitable for applications where centred suspension of the LED screen is essential. On the underside of the truss, LED panels can be securely fastened directly to the centred strap tube with ladder braces. This eliminates the need to place a sling over or support the two lower chord tubes to create a central rigging point, as would normally be required with a square truss. Furthermore, the ladder style bracing creates more free hanging space along the chord tube compared to the outer chords. As the new truss is based on the F44P design, the F45 can be connected to all standard F44P trusses, including sleeve blocks, allowing the new F45 to be seamlessly integrated into existing F44P constructions.
