The ‘Taste’ control allows you to characterise the instrument’s timbre. From a crisp mid-range to a punchy, hot slap, right through to an ultra-fat reggae or Motown sound.
‘Effects Loop’, ‘Tuner Out’, ‘Line Out’, ‘Line In’ and a ‘DI’ with ‘Pre/Post’ and ‘Ground Lift’ switches provide all the connection options. Ideal for ‘travelling around the world’ is the voltage selector switch, which allows you to switch between 230 V and 115 V.
The Rehearsal Section, which allows an MP3 player to be connected to the “Aux In” and headphones to the “Phone” output, enables you to rehearse wherever there is a nearby power socket, without needing to connect a speaker cabinet.
With its “magnet fix pins”, the T-500 attaches securely to the AmpFixing rails on our cabinets.
