The microphone set was designed for film or television productions where microphones need to be invisible.
It includes the d:screet 4071 microphone with omnidirectional polar pattern, presence enhancement and our improved strain relief (pre-equalised for speech intelligibility). Also included are various transparent microphone holders, which also solve noise problems regarding coverage and clothing.
The d:screet 4071 omnidirectional microphone with presence boost is an outstanding speech and vocal microphone. It transmits the voice clearly and intelligibly. It is also resistant to moisture, extreme temperature fluctuations and humidity.
When recording vocals with a microphone attached to the presenter's body, frequencies below 100 Hz are not particularly attractive. For this reason, an acoustic low-cut has been integrated into the microphone capsule, which gives the built-in preamplifier (and the wireless system) more headroom. In addition, distant rumbling noises from cars, trains, aeroplanes etc. are filtered out.
The d:screet film microphone set comes in a sturdy case with a transparent lid. This provides space for the microphone, one or more adapters and various transparent microphone holders.
