The d:screet™ 4660 Heavy Duty is a very flexible and robust miniature microphone characterised by an exceptionally accurate omnidirectional pattern and therefore does not need to be pointed directly at the sound source to achieve high-quality recordings. It is particularly suitable for capturing the nuances of spoken language and can be used for very challenging environmental recordings where space is limited or the microphone needs to be hidden. This microphone easily manages up to 134 dB sound pressure level (SPL) before clipping.
