The DPA 4062 is identical to the 4060 except for its sensitivity. Originally designed for use with wireless systems, the 4060 capsule is extremely unobtrusive thanks to its size (5.4mm diameter) and is the de facto standard in theatre and television. Thanks to the omnidirectional characteristic, the capsule does not need to be aimed directly at the sound source. A very detailed resolution and the neutral sound character are further characteristics that have contributed to the success of the 4060, 4061 and 4062 capsules. The 4062 is available in four colours: black and beige.
