The DigiTech HammerOn is a polyphonic pitch-shifting effect pedal with many features and options that set no limits to creativity.
The PITCH 1 footswitch is designed so that it always enables a HammerOn pitch shift above or below the note being played. The PITCH 2 footswitch has 3 different modes that can be selected with the MODE button: Hammer On, Impossible & Sequence. The DRY+ button mixes the dry signal, the TRILL button simulates the extremely fast pressing of the footswitch (trill effect).
With all these options, it's like having 7 pedals in one:
HAMMER-ON: A pedal for instantaneous pitch shifting
HAMMER-ON with TRILL: A hammer-on pedal with rapid-fire effect
HARMONY-ON: A pedal for instantaneous harmony generation
IMPOSSIBLE pedal: A dual, alternating pedal for instantaneous pitch shifting
