With its large enclosure volume and two DAS 15MI 15" woofers, the ACTION-525A offers high sound pressure with powerful bass reproduction. Ideal for applications where additional subwoofers are not required but a powerful bass response is needed. Due to its height, the ACTION-525A is also ideal as a mid-high unit in combination with subwoofers, e.g. the ACTION-218A, to create a very powerful active loudspeaker system.
The integrated, convection-cooled Class D bi-amp power amplifier delivers 1000 W/peak and is controlled via a 24-bit DSP, which offers a variety of additional functions such as 3 voicing presets, high-pass filter, delay (max. 10m) or standby mode and is very easy to operate using DAScontrol™ with LCD display and encoder.
The DAS Audio speaker components, developed in-house, consist of two 15MI4 15" woofers with 2.5" VCD and an M44 1" driver with 1.7" VCD acting on a 90°x60° tweeter horn.
The high-quality cabinet is made of birch plywood, finished with the robust ISO-flex PU lacquer and has numerous M10 flying points.
With two separately adjustable mic/line inputs with combo socket, an additional 3.5 mm aux input and PowerCon mains connection, the ACTION series offers universal and professional connection options.
