The Blustream HEX70HDU-KIT is an HDBaseT link for the transmission of video signals up to 70m. For seamless interaction with all modern devices, the HEX70HDU transmitter has HDMI, USB-C and DisplayPort inputs with resolutions up to 4K UHD, 60Hz, 4:4:4, incl. High Dynamic Range (HDR). It transmits high-resolution 4K signals up to 40m, 1080p signals up to 70m. The USB-C port is not only an input, but can also be used as a power supply or charging port for connected devices. The audio breakouts on the HEX70HDU receiver play out the audio signal associated with the video in analogue stereo or digitally as an S/PDIF signal. It is possible to automatically switch on displays connected to the receiver via CEC, RS-232 and infrared. There is an HDMI input on the receiver for playback of a local signal source. The signal sources can be switched automatically on both the transmitter and the receiver.
The options for controlling the HEX70HDU-KIT are comprehensive. The classic method via the front panel is just as possible as control via RS232, TCP/IP or infrared. Control via web GUI is particularly convenient. For maximum compatibility with as many devices/contents as possible, the HEX70HDU-KIT complies with the HDCP2.2 standard and includes comprehensive EDID management.
