Each reed screw is designed for a specific use. Whichever reed screw you prefer, please note that the gold-plated models allow much more expressive playing. The METAL BLADE SCREW is suitable for large concert halls and soloists.
The "STANDARD" reed screws (black) are preferred for small concert halls and wind ensembles.
