The Avalon VT 737 SP is a complete mono channel strip and offers a combination of Avalon's Vacuum Tube and Pure Class A technology. The VT737 SP combines a preamp, an opto compressor and a 4 band EQ with two semi-parametric mid bands in a 48.26cm/ 8.88cm (19"/2U) unit.
A transformer-balanced microphone input, as well as high-voltage circuits and selected tubes ensure a high headroom (+30dB) with very low self-noise (-92dB).
An internal power supply with toroidal transformer, a soft-start function to extend the service life of the tubes, encapsulated silver relays for signal routing, professional potentiometers with large knobs, a stereo link function for the internal compressor and a large VU meter for output level and gain reduction complete the features of the VT 737 SP.
