The Hi-X60 is a closed-back headphone that is ideal for use in loud environments, in the studio or for FOH applications and has the linear sound characteristics of the Hi-X6 series. Designed as professional reference headphones for mixing, mastering and recording
it defines new standards.
The closed design guarantees that as little sound as possible can escape to the outside. This prevents unwanted crosstalk to the microphone in recording situations. Conversely, the Hi-X60 is also an ideal tool for monitoring in louder environments, e.g. on the sound control desk at live concerts or when recording an instrument, thanks to the high level of passive noise cancellation. The better the isolation of the headphones, the quieter and more hearing-friendly they can be used in such situations.
Remarkable comfort and optimum fit - all contact points are made of soft memory foam - enable fatigue-free working even during time-intensive audio projects. The decision to make all load-bearing and moving parts of the Hi-X60 from metal emphasises the importance of the robust, foldable design for everyday use.
