The closed Hi-X15 headphones are the workhorse of the award-winning Austrian Audio Hi-X series. It brings the crystal-clear and precise listening experience of high-excursion technology to everyday use.
The Hi-X15 is the perfect tool for the studio, stage, rehearsal room, on tour or when practising at home. It is the headphone you reach for when reliable sound and robust technology are required. The ergonomics are designed so that they remain comfortable even after many hours of use. The interchangeable ear pads are made of soft memory foam and adapt perfectly to different head shapes without pinching. The entire basic construction of the headband, including the hinges, is made of metal and is extremely robust. This extra stable folding construction ensures mobility and durability.
No compromises have been made when it comes to sound. The Hi-X15 utilises the award-winning drivers of the Hi-X series. The development of the Hi-X technology is the result of decades of experience and state-of-the-art technology. Sensational dynamic characteristics have been achieved by reducing all the moving masses of the Hi-X driver. Thanks to the low impedance of 25 ohms, the Hi-X15 delivers a precise sound even with weak amplifiers and mobile devices.
