Multifunctional earplugs for children

Alpine Pluggies Kids are recommended for children between the ages of 3 and 12, as they still have a smaller ear canal than adults. Children can use Pluggies Kids in numerous situations and for different purposes:

Against excessive ambient noise

For example, against too loud music at a festival, at the cinema and in all other situations where children suffer from too much noise.

To protect the ears from water

Children often suffer from earache and ear infections. With Pluggies Kids, you can prevent water from entering the ear when swimming, showering, bathing or doing water sports.

For concentration problems

Many children find it difficult to concentrate at school, when doing their homework or when reading. Children with ADHD, ADD and a form of autism can also benefit from earplugs. Studies show that wearing Pluggies Kids improves concentration.

Against earache when flying

Many children have an uncomfortable feeling in their ears when an aeroplane takes off and lands. Pluggies Kids earplugs improve pressure equalisation in the ear so that there is no more pain in the ears. The earplugs also allow you to sleep peacefully on the plane.

For adults with smaller ear canals

Every ear is different. Some adults have a smaller ear canal, which means that earplugs such as the Alpine PartyPlug, Alpine Worksafe and similar fit less well. In this case, you can also use the Alpine Pluggies Kids for listening to music, flying, DIY and swimming. Sleeping with the Alpine Pluggies Kids may be less comfortable than the SleepSoft if you are a side sleeper. This is because the Alpine SleepSoft has a soft, flexible filter and the Alpine Pluggies Kids has a hard filter.

AlpineAcousticFilters™ - More fun for your child

Pluggies Kids earplugs are equipped with special AlpineAcousticFilters. These filters minimise harmful noise, but at the same time ensure that the child absorbs sufficient ambient noise. This means there is no feeling of isolation and the child can still follow conversations.

Wearing Pluggies Kids earplugs when travelling by plane regulates the unpleasant pressure on the eardrum during take-off and landing. The filters act like a valve and ensure a gentle and constant equalisation of pressure between the outside world and the middle ear. This gives the eustachian tube enough time to adapt to the pressure differences.

AlpineThermoShape™ material

Alpine Pluggies Kids are made from AlpineThermoShape material specially developed by Alpine. The material adapts to the shape of the ear canal so that the earplugs fit exactly into the ear canal. As a result, these earplugs fit very comfortably in the ear and children enjoy wearing these earplugs, whether in the bath, at school or during music lessons. ATS contains no silicones and therefore does not cause allergic reactions.

Alpine Stickers

Each Pluggies Kids pack contains six cheerful stickers. Children can use them to decorate their own storage box and write their name on it.

Service life and cleaning

The lifespan of the earplugs depends on how often they are worn Thorough cleaning of the earplugs extends their lifespan. The earplugs can be cleaned with lukewarm water and soap.

The design of the Alpine hearing protectors is an exclusive "Dutch Design". All earplugs and filter systems are produced in the Netherlands.
