Vortex Wireless 2 is a dynamic keytar controller with wireless USB MIDI transmission for controlling virtual instruments, plug-ins and DAWs.
A keytar breaks down the barriers you had as a keyboard player and lets you rock every stage in the world. Vortex Wireless 2 offers 37 velocity-sensitive keys with aftertouch, eight illuminated RGB drum pads and eight assignable faders. So you are
fully equipped for your stage performance.
The controller is worn around the neck, similar to a guitar, and offers you maximum freedom of expression. A built-in tilt sensor responds to your movements, while a touch strip on the left-hand side allows you to make further edits. Use it to create exciting pitch bends, volume gradients, vibratos, filter sweeps and more.
Unlimited freedom:
Vortex Wireless 2 is a controller for performers who want to move freely on stage. An included USB receiver is connected to a Mac or PC and establishes a wireless USB/MIDI connection with the Vortex Wireless 2. Of course, this also works with all other instruments with a USB host connection. Other MIDI devices such as synthesisers or samplers can be connected via a standard MIDI output (5-pin). Power is supplied via batteries or USB.
Everything you need:
Vortex Wireless 2 comes with a comprehensive accessory pack. So you have everything you need in one package. With Hybrid 3, Loom 2, Vacuum Pro and Xpand!2 from AIR Music Technology and TimewARP 2600 from Way Out Ware, you get a comprehensive sound package. A full version of Ableton Live Lite allows you to arrange complete songs. A strap and cable holder are also included. However, you can also use any other guitar strap. The included Vortex Wireless 2 software allows you to conveniently edit the MIDI parameters of the controller. You can also save and call up various presets for different tours and setups.
