The LiveTrak L6max is much more than a mixing console. It's a full-featured multitrack recorder in an extremely compact console that lets you record your live shows, writing sessions and rehearsals in studio quality.

Small enough for a duo, big enough for a band

Whether you're recording a large band, an acoustic duo or a podcast with several guests, the L6max can handle it all. With four combo inputs (two of which have Hi-Z switching) and eight line inputs, the 12 channels offer the flexibility you need for every session.

Customised monitoring options

Two independent headphone outputs and a configurable sub-out mix let you decide exactly what you want to hear, wherever you are on stage.

Equipped for high output power

Connect classic synthesisers, Eurorack modules or equipment with professional levels directly - no attenuator is required. Channels 5 to 8 each integrate a -20 dB PAD switch so that you can also process loud source signals cleanly.

OLED display

The high-contrast OLED display presents the most important information in a central location. Create recording projects, play them back and navigate easily between the settings.

14 recording tracks

Record up to 12 individual tracks and a stereo mix directly onto SD cards with a capacity of up to 2 TB, which can be loaded for the mix at any time after saving.

Unlimited overdubbing

After recording, you can create a mix and then bounce it to the separate "bounce track". This frees up more tracks to add additional layers. Choose either a "quick" bounce or mix and bounce the material in real time. And if you are not satisfied with the bounce, simply undo it and try again.

AI Noise Reduction

Activate AI Noise Reduction and let the L6max intelligently remove hum, hiss and background noise - while retaining every detail of your voice or instrument.

The details matter. Peaks definitely don't.

For powerful drums and loud guitar solos, the L6max records audio in 32-bit float without clipping. Channels 1-4 have dual AD converters that keep the microphone signals unaltered even with extreme dynamics.

3-band EQ with tunable mids

Each channel has LOW, HIGH and MID EQs with tunable centre frequency to adjust the sound perfectly.

Record easily with your smartphone or computer

Once connected via USB-C, you can record multitrack audio material in your DAW or transfer a stereo feed to your smartphone for quick video content creation.

Internal effects

Optimise your mix with the internal effects such as reverb, delay and echo. Use the TAP button to set the delay times.

Advanced compressor

The integrated compressor adds extra punch and saturation to the master track while protecting against clipping. Thanks to the 32-bit float technology, the signal is never overdriven, even at high volumes.
