Digital mixing rethought for creatives

The L12next combines the power of a digital mixer with analogue operation. Three controls per channel offer high/mid/low EQ and gain, pan and sends can be adjusted with a simple switch - for haptic mixing just like on a classic analogue console.

Everything you need in every channel

In addition to the 60 mm fader, each channel has three multifunctional endless controls that allow you to control gain, EQ, compression, panning and sends in an analogue style. Scrolling through menus is therefore no longer necessary.

Significantly improved preamps

The improved preamps of the L12next are characterised by clean amplification (+70 dB), low self-noise (-128 dBu ON) and high input flexibility with Hi-Z and PAD switching as well as +48 V phantom power.

A recorder for every session

The L12next offers advanced recording functions and records up to 14 tracks at 24 bit/96 kHz as well as a stereo mix. Its new OLED screen makes it easy to control and set up recording.

For perfect takes

Features such as Overdub mode and Auto Punch In/Out allow precise recording in layer mode and easy re-recording. With the new file select button, you can easily load additional tracks to expand your mix.

Your final mix is ready!

The master channel of the L12next records your mix in 32-bit float format, ensuring a pristine and clipping-free sound. At the same time, the master compressor optimises the overall mix with warm and natural compression.

Five individual mixes

Thanks to the five independent monitor outputs, every musician can have their own personal mix. The outputs are flexible for live or studio use as they support stereo operation for headphones and in-ear systems as well as mono operation for stage monitors.

For the sound engineer

The output for the sound engineer allows you to quickly monitor and adjust the master and any monitor output mix. The integrated talkback function ensures smooth communication between the sound engineer and the musicians.

Loading user-defined scenes

The L12next offers up to 10 scene memory locations, each of which stores all fader positions, EQ, pan and mute settings, effects and much more. Load mixes for live performances or studio recordings in no time at all.

LED level meters

The LED level meters on the L12next show the volume level and the position of the endless fader for each channel. The new fader position switch allows you to quickly restore saved fader positions when loading scenes.

Compact effects with a big impact

Refine your sound with 16 internal effects such as delays and reverbs, which can be adjusted via two easily accessible parameter controls.

Wireless mixer control

Control your mix wirelessly with the L12next Control app for iPad. Adjust faders, scenes, EQ, effects and much more.

Audio interface + controller

The L12next is a USB audio interface with 14 inputs and 4 outputs for Mac, Windows and mobile devices. It enables recording and playback at 24 bit/96 kHz. You can record simultaneously to a computer and an SD memory card, synchronise tracks and even control your DAW.
