PERFECTLY REALISED EXPRESSIVENESS
The NU1XAfeatures a complex and sophisticated action for pianos that transfers the nuanced movements of the keys to the hammer. It responds precisely to the subtlest nuances and expressive intentions of the player, including sensitive playing techniques such as trills and continuously repeated notes. In addition, the keyboard is made of wood, just like an acoustic piano, for a solid, natural response.
RESONANCE THAT FILLS THE ENVIRONMENT
Themoment the hammer strikes the strings, the sound is immediately audible to the player. At the same time, the entire instrument resonates and fills the room with beautiful sounds. To faithfully reproduce this unique sound experience of a grand piano, the NU1XA has a new sound system. It includes upward-facing woofers, which resonate deeply throughout the instrument, and tweeters with a newly designed horn structure that harmonise three-dimensionally with the front and back in the high frequencies. Together with these synergistic resonance effects, the sound quality and sound projection give the player precise control over the sound in real time as they play. The result is an amazingly realistic, wing-like sound that spreads three-dimensionally throughout the environment.
