Unison is exclusive to Universal Audio and represents a proprietary hardware-software integration that perfectly reproduces the sound of those sought-after valve and solid-state microphone preamps — including their input impedance, the ‘sweet spots’ of the gain stage and the circuit behaviour at component level.

Unison technology is also featured in the Hi-Z instrument input on the front panel of the Apollo Solo USB, which enables precise impedance and gain matching for guitar and bass amp models from Fender, Marshall, Ampeg and others.
