OP-XY is a revolutionary, dynamic performance sequencer, synthesiser and sampler inspired by dance music subcultures around the world.
The core of the workflow is step sequencing, a dynamic tension between precision and creative momentum. You stack compositions like building blocks, then twist everything by adding complexity with punch-in effects. The new brain™ chord progression tool supports this and creates new song structures and turnarounds.
With OP-XY you skip all the hassle and focus on full cruise control connectivity. OP-XY keeps the whole studio in constant dialogue as soon as it is connected. A powerful multi-out connector has been added that can be switched between four different outputs for MIDI, CV, sync or gate. This provides optimal connectivity for Eurorack, drums, external synthesisers or effects units.
OP-XY adds a whole new dimension to live performances and productions: a new multisampler that allows samples from several "zones" to be called up simultaneously,
finely tuned synthesisers with more power than ever before, geometric visuals and a library of punch-in effects for instant performance.
There is also an in-built gyroscope that allows tracks to be faded in and out by moving the device.
OP-XY is chiselled to perfection with an anodised matt black aluminium finish. The slim, lightweight design makes it the perfect musical companion. A dual CPU system has been built into the handy aluminium housing for ultra-fast processing power and efficiency.
