The Teenage Engineering EP-127 K.O. Pedal expands the EP-35’s capabilities with expressive foot control for guitar and vocals. Two large, pressure-sensitive buttons can be rocked forwards and backwards, enabling dynamic control of the built-in guitar and microphone effects. When used in combination with the EP-35, a looper, a metronome and playback control functions are also available – ideal for building loops live and controlling effects whilst playing.
The K.O. Pedal is also highly versatile beyond the EP-35. It controls compatible devices and software via Bluetooth LE MIDI or USB-C. An additional 3.5 mm jack MIDI output allows the integration of synthesisers and pedalboards. An expression pedal can be connected for further control options.
In HID mode, the K.O. Pedal can also perform tasks on a computer: the buttons can be assigned in suitable software to control video playback, navigate through presentations or trigger keyboard shortcuts. Power is supplied either via two AAA batteries or USB-C.
