The SSL 1 features new 32-bit/192 kHz converters, as well as outstanding performance in terms of dynamic range, gain range and a switchable high-pass filter.
To ensure impeccable sound quality, SSL makes no compromises where it matters most. The microphone preamp boasts best-in-class performance, whilst convenient level meters and a front-panel headphone output round off the well-thought-out feature set.
If a signal needs a little more ‘character’, the ‘Legacy 4K’ switch comes to the rescue. It gives uninspired sounds a dose of analogue warmth and ‘glamour’.
And as if that weren’t enough, SSL also throws in a superb selection of software licences for SSL Native plug-ins, DAWs, samples, loops and virtual instruments – with this toolbox, you can get started straight away!
