The MKH 8070 long shotgun microphone is consistently designed for high-quality recording of distant sound sources. With its exceptionally natural sound, it is the perfect partner for broadcasting and sports reporting. Its extreme directivity and pronounced lobe characteristic ensure that distant sounds and events can be captured reliably even under the most difficult acoustic conditions. Sound coming from the side is suppressed without discolouration. Like every microphone in the 8000 family, the MKH 8070 can also be easily combined with the MZD 8000 digital module, making it a fully-fledged digital microphone.
