The e 608 is an instrument microphone with a supercardioid polar pattern specially designed for miking drums as well as woodwind (except flute instruments) and brass instruments. Thanks to its gooseneck mount, the small dynamic instrument microphone can be positioned very close to the sound source and thus ensures realistic pickup with high signal strength.
