The world of vintage JUNOs united in one synthesiser:
When you think of the sound of the 80s, the JUNO synthesisers from Roland are a must. To this day, the originals are extremely sought-after on the second-hand market and there are quite a few keyboardists who bitterly regret having sold their JUNO too quickly. With the JU-06A, you can get back the sound, look and functionality of the JUNO-60 and JUNO-106 in a reliable and modern instrument that you can take with you wherever you go.
Your JUNO - always by your side:
The JU-06A is a compact yet convenient synthesiser for enduring studio sessions and impressive live performances. Thanks to battery operation and the practical integrated speaker, you can take your JUNO with you wherever you go. The robust metal faceplates and smooth sliders based on metal axles feel great and won't give in to the rigours of touring - even if it's just the daily commute. What's more, the authentic, much-loved vintage look is of course unbeatable.
Two JUNO classics in one device:
The JU-06A combines the best of the JUNO-60 and the JUNO-106 in one synthesiser. It features the infinitely variable high-pass filter of the 106, the envelope-modulated pulse-width modulation of the 60 and the unique filter behaviour of both classics - all of which can be controlled directly via the user interface. The sound and the control behaviour are indistinguishable from the originals, even in extreme settings. No JUNO is complete without the swirling sound of the legendary chorus. This has been reconstructed down to the last detail and even features the
lovable (and conveniently customisable) vintage noise.
Arpeggio, chord memory and step sequencer:
Do you prefer the filter of the JUNO-106 but miss the arpeggio function of the JUNO-60? The JU-06A offers you both, complemented by a chord memory function and an integrated sequencer. The combination of sequenced melodies and chord memory creates polyphonic phrases that are so fat you'll hardly believe they come from such a compact synthesiser that fits easily into your backpack.
MIDI, USB and input for an external clock:
Thanks to USB audio/MIDI and full MIDI connections, you can use and synchronise almost any external equipment. The JUNO-06A also has an input for an external clock, which can be used to synchronise vintage analogue instruments or modern Eurorack systems. You can also use an external clock as a pulse generator for the integrated sequencer. The resulting phrases and rhythmic variations will surprise you again and again and enrich your tracks with happy accidents.
Add keys and more:
Thanks to its compact size, the JU-06A takes up little space and can be easily controlled via a master keyboard or DAW. By combining it with a DK-01 Boutique Dock, you not only get a classy look, but also three comfortable set-up positions. Or you can expand your JU-06A with a K-25m keyboard and benefit from a completely independent, mobile instrument with which you can give free rein to your creativity without having to worry about cables and other restrictions.
