MADI input redundancy
The MADIface USB is a particularly compact device, with MADI input and output via USB 2.0 with full 128-channel (64 I/Os) support. The robust design and the numerous RME-typical features, as well as the power supply via USB make it portable, easy to use and reliable in application. SteadyClock and RME's well-known MADI compatibility guarantee trouble-free operation with other devices. The MADI input redundancy of the MADIface USB (SRO mode) ensures stable switching to the other MADI port within just one sample in the event of a failure, thus providing maximum data security for all professional applications. In addition, there is active jitter suppression, RME's unique DIGICheck meter and analysis software (with EBU R128 metering), and almost identical operation under Windows and Mac OS.
