How REACTOR creates sound

REACTOR’s Amp Intelligence Tone Engine has decoded over 200 amp designs at the circuit level — gain stages, transformers, bias points, harmonic behaviour — capturing the sonic DNA of the most legendary amps of all time. Every sound generated is therefore based on how great amps actually work. The result is a sound that breathes — dynamic, alive and responsive to every note you play. Every sound you can imagine, on demand, whenever you want it.

Direct control

A single knob puts six amplifier categories right at your fingertips. Classic gain, EQ and master controls let you shape the sound instantly on the panel. Six essential effects with their own buttons and integrated controls for instant adjustments.

Use two switches you won’t find on any other amplifier. Push/Smooth takes you from laid-back rhythm to assertive lead sounds — without adjusting the distortion at all. Heat +/- alters the feel and harmonics without significantly affecting the volume.

Stage-ready sound at any volume.

Most amps lose their substance when you turn them down. Not REACTOR. Selectable power — 1W, 25W or full power — ensures the sound remains full and present at any volume. A specially tuned 12" speaker in a wooden cabinet delivers warmth and presence just like on stage — even in the bedroom. REACTOR always sounds like REACTOR, no matter where you play.
