The brand new NUX DP-2000 is a powerful integrated percussion pad. It features 8 independent velocity-sensitive pads and 20 pre-programmed kits, including the high-quality acoustic drum samples from the flagship DM-8, as well as folk percussion sounds and electronic sound samples. This multipad is packed with features and connections that offer an impressive number of configuration options to appeal to a wide audience from beginners to experienced drummers.

A high-quality sound library:

The DP-2000 includes a selection of high-quality acoustic drum samples from the DM-8, the brand's flagship electronic drum kit, as well as specially sampled percussion and electronic sounds to meet the artistic needs of musicians of different musical styles. Thanks to its USB-C connection, you can import your own samples for an even more extensive sound library or WAV files via a USB stick. Additional editing parameters allow you to assign and edit the settings of each sound. This allows you to personalise your signature sound to a large extent using the numerous parameters and effects available.

Everything under control:

The DP-2000 features a newly designed interactive UI interface that enables a fluid and productive workflow. The 8 velocity-sensitive strike pads are all equipped with LED lights that change brightness according to playing dynamics and tone length, giving you clear lighting feedback on any darkened stage. The large colour display allows easy control of all functions, including the 6 built-in effects that you can assign to the individual pads or as BUS effects via the FX function.

One connection for multiple configurations:

The DP-2000 fits perfectly into your drum environment - either on stage next to your acoustic drum kit or as a second drum brain via the MIDI In/Out ports by connecting it to your existing electronic drum kit. Using the trigger inputs, you can easily add an additional tom or cymbal as well as a hi-hat pedal and an external bass drum to turn the DP-2000 into an ultra-compact e-drum kit. The DP-2000 also comes with a pair of drum sticks and an NBT-1 USB-C Bluetooth module that supports Bluetooth audio and MIDI functions.
