The Zip-Kit Essential Kit is a fully acoustic, compact drum kit that can be neatly stowed inside the bass drum for easy storage and transport. It contains all the essential elements for learning to play the drums: a bass drum with a 90-degree foot pedal, a height-adjustable 8-inch snare drum, a cord-operated 10-inch hi-hat and an adjustable stool.
It is particularly suitable for learning or practising the drums when space is limited and you frequently want to play in different locations. The Zip-Kit can be set up and taken down in a matter of minutes and is easy to take with you to school or private lessons. The volume of the snare can be dampened using the foam dampening pad supplied. The Essential Kit also includes two padded carrying straps that attach to the bass drum like a rucksack, ensuring comfort and safety.
The Essential Kit features four telescopic rods to which additional toms and cymbals can be attached if you wish to expand your kit. The toms and cymbals can be purchased from any Zip-Kit dealer.
