Every raw material is meticulously checked at least three times. During and after production, laser-controlled diagnostic computers ensure that extremely tight tolerances are maintained. All tools and machines used in string production are developed by D'Addario engineers and manufactured in our own workshops - the best prerequisite for the production of consistent quality at the highest level. Even the packaging material is processed in-house and printed in the company's own print shop. Against this background, D'Addario is able to realise ideas very quickly and is always at the cutting edge and usually even a good deal ahead.Today, the brand is at home in over 100 countries around the world and many instruments leave the factory fitted with D'Addario strings. Every day, more than 300,000 strings are produced in the factory in Farmingdale in the US state of New York, and in the USA alone, musicians can find their new strings with the world-famous logo in over 5,400 shops.
