The Moog Minimoog Model D Bob Moog Tribute Edition is a strictly limited special edition of the legendary monophonic analogue synthesiser, paying tribute to Bob Moog’s life’s work. Since its launch in 1970, the Minimoog Model D has been regarded as one of the most influential synthesisers of all time and has shaped the characteristic Moog sound in countless productions.

The Bob Moog Tribute Edition combines the original analogue signal path and tonal character of the classic Minimoog with modern enhancements from the current reissue. These include MIDI integration, a dedicated analogue LFO, a high-quality Fatar keyboard with velocity and aftertouch support, and the popular mixer feedback modification for particularly aggressive overdrive sounds.

The instrument is handcrafted at the Moog factory in North Carolina and is limited to just 500 units worldwide. The exclusive cabinet, featuring high-quality white oak wood panelling, special Bob Moog Tribute details, and the included SR Series case, underscore the collector’s appeal of this edition. In addition, for every instrument sold, $500 will be donated to the Bob Moog Foundation to support educational and archival projects related to electronic music.
